Completed the vehicles transfer for winter consumption rate of fuel and lubricants

        Pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation № AM-23-p from 14.03.2008 "fuels and lubricants consumption rates for motor transport", subordinate institution of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT SFE "UMO" completed vehicles' conversion to the winter fuel and oils consumption rate.
        Limit values of winter bonuses to automobile fuel consumption rates are differentiated by regions of Russia according to monthly average values, maximum and minimum air temperatures, data on the winter average duration, the motor transport operation experience generalization in the regions - in accordance with GOST 16350-80 "Climate of the USSR. Zoning and statistical parameters of climatic factors for industrial purposes".
