The state registration of a regional biotechnology engineering center of the Republic of Tatarstan

        Pursuant to the Resolution of the Ministers Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 01.11.2014 № 843, 19.11.2014 the state registration of the JSC "Regional Biotechnology Engineering Center of the Republic of Tatarstan".

        The authorized capital of the company amounts to 7,035,660 rubles. The founders include - Republic of Tatarstan in the face of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and «Bio Technology Chistopol".

        The Republic of Tatarstan contribution in the developed joint-stock company is 2,070,440 rubles, or 29.43% of the share capital.

        The contribution of LLC "Bio Technologies Chistopol" - 4,965,220 rubles, or 70.57% of the share capital.

        Engineering center of will specialize on the biotechnologies, which include vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, on food and feed production of protein, mineral supplements, on agricultural biotechnologies and forest products reprocessing.
