        In accordance with the results of the discussion, the Board expressed its professional opinion on the report submitted by the non-compliance with Russian legislation on appraisal activity, in particular, Article 12 of the Law №135-FL "On appraisal activity in the Russian Federation" (The report validity as a document containing evidentiary value information) and the market value result unreliability.
