Agricultural land with area of 266.318 hectares reclassified as suitable for the industrial park construction

       In order to be placed on the territory of the Laishevsky municipal district of the Volga infrastructure complex (Technopark), and pursuant to the List of orders of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov from July 22, 2014 №194 in terms of the need to change the category of federal property land with a total area of 313 hectares, the power to manage and dispose of which is transmitted to the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, on a draft resolution prepared by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan made decisions.

       Agricultural land with area of 266.318 hectares, located in the Stolbischensky rural village of Laishevsky municipal district, reclassified as a suitable for construction, by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan order from 08.10.2014 №732. A land with area of 47.162 hectares, located within the boundaries of Kazan, on the basis of the conclusion on the public hearing, is excluded from the boundaries of Kazan with the transfer to the industry land and other special purpose by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan order from 15.11.2014 № 877.
       At the nearest session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan will be considered a bill draft to amend the boundaries of the municipalities.
