The Expert Advisory Board regular meeting

        At the meeting of the Expert Advisory Board NP "Appraisers Union of RT", held on December 22, 2014, were considered inquiries of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and of the executive committee of the Vysokogorsky municipal district for an individual entrepreneur report compliance on land assessment to present laws and business practices.

        After hearing the professional view of the responsible consultant Marat Suleymanov on the subject, Board members formed a hypothesis about the unreliability of peer-reviewed report because of discrepancies between the provisions of a number of federal valuation standards, lack of pricing factors in the comparative analysis. Enforcement authorities were recommended to offer evaluator to finalize the report in accordance with the experts opinion or to appeal to the self-regulatory organization, where the appraiser works.

        Also, during the meeting, together with the head of the appraised organization - a member of the NP "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan", employees of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT, was considered in detail the validity of customer's claims - IC Pestrechinsky municipal district on the conducted evaluation work, and given the necessary practical recommendations.
