Training of RT representatives in the joint stock companies management and control bodies

        Today, in the "Grand Hotel Kazan" conference hall of "Salih Saidashev" has begun a three-day specialized seminar for representatives of the Republic of Tatarstan in the management and control bodies of joint stock companies with state share and independent directors elected to the board of directors with a share in the authorized capital of the Republic of Tatarstan .

       Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan Rustam Shameev opened the seminar.

        The workshop includes three thematic blocks:

"The content of corporate governance and its key issues";

"The organization of the society executive bodies’ activity";

"Risk Management in the Board of Directors. Interaction system of owners and managers in risk management".

        Classes are conducted by:

        Nikitchanova Ekaterina - Deputy Director – a Head of the Expertise Centre of the Russian Institute of Directors. One of the authors of the textbook "Corporate Secretary in the corporate governance system", as well as the author of several articles on corporate governance. Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Publisher "High School", a member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Film Studio of Gor’kiy".

        OSIPENKO Oleg – doctor of science, economics, professor, practicing lawyer, CEO of consulting company "Rincon-gamma" (website: Rincon-gamma.ru), Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Giprorybflot" and member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Scientific-Production enterprise "Etalon", vice-rector of the Institute of business and law on expert activity, Head of holding management department of the Institute of Economics business TPE RF, professor of MFPU "Synergy", the author of over 470 publications on various administrative, economic and legal issues.

       Tarasov Igor - Ph.D., a practicing consultant, Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, a member of the board of the Russian Risk Management Society of Risk Managers European Association FERMA, a member of the working group on the organization of voluntary certification of risk managers in Russia, has many years of practical experience in building complex and fragmented systems of risk management in large and medium-sized companies, in investment projects.
