Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan: checking the course with Vladimir Putin

        Russian President Vladimir Putin attended the All-Russian Forum "State and Civil Society: Cooperation for Development", held on 14-15 January, 2015 in Moscow.

        "Russia often faces serious challenges and to adequately respond to them, to strengthen our identity, independence and sovereignty, first, we must create an cooperation and trust atmosphere in society," - said the state head, urging to "act in the same agenda, to expand the freedom space of the civil initiative".

        Russian President stressed that non-profit organizations need the government support, as, in his opinion, should take over a part of the social sphere state functions. It is necessary "to help build a dialogue with the regional authorities, with municipalities, to promote the best practices and projects replication, to engage in educational programs for socially-oriented non-profit organizations. Heads of regions, municipalities, federal authorities must approach to work with NPO socially, there should be an access to information about projects and programs, in which civil society participation demanded. Part of the work in the social sphere, of course, can be transferred to the sphere of non-profit organizations. “They are more sensitive to the society problems"- convinced the President.

        Non-profit partnership "Appraisers Union of Republic of Tatarstan", consistently implementing mechanisms of constructive dialogue between business and the state, also in favor of non-profit associations active participation in the civil society unity creation, in addressing the most pressing, demanded, including national tasks and plans to generate a further development strategy according to these principles.
