The questions of management efficiency of state and municipal estate in Nizhnekamsk municipal area are considered

       From 26.01.2015 till 31.01.2015 the employee of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Avdeev as a member of the commission of expert group visited the Nizhnekamsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan where events for rendering the practical assistance in realization of anti-corruption measures are held.

       The mentioned commission is formed and carries out the activity according to the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 02.06.2012 No. UP-415.

       In particular, participants of this event considered questions of management efficiency of estate, including the land plots, which are in the state and municipal property. The facts of realization of estate and its transfer to rent to commercial structures and natural persons are considered, also completeness and timeliness of receipt of money was studied.
