Discussion of proposals of the Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan in the report of the Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of the rights of businessmen

 In the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, February 25, 2015 discussed the proposals of the business community in the annual report of the Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs on the improvement of the legal status of business entities. Non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers Republic of Tatarstan" have been represented by Andrey Lisichkin Dmitry Zahmatov and Oleg Bulgakov.

In a joint work on the preparation of the draft report representatives analyzed the interaction of entrepreneurs, community assessment and specialized authorities, prepared proposals for the improvement of public-private partnerships in the area of property relations, based on the existing good practices and proposals of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In particular, it has been considered in detail the proposal for the development, printing and support for the work of the Expert Advisory Board of the Partnership as an effective advisory body aimed at the pre-trial resolution of disputes on the market valuation.

This work is due to the urgent need to solve the problems connected with changes in legislation. The creation of this resource will allow to solve all problems.

The meeting came to a consensus on the effectiveness of the Partnership expert resource, set the task of formalizing until 10/03/2015 main directions of its development, determine the conditions of co-financing, to represent both the republican and federal level.

The meeting also discussed the proposal of the Partnership - LLC "YUNEKS" and "Expert Business Center" in the field of state and municipal property, construction, land relations and cadastre.
