The regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan

Today at the regular meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented proposals in the Work Plan for 2015.

Taking into account changes in legislation, in particular, the tax system, the need to consider the social impact of management decisions in the area of ​​property relations, invited to finalize and adopt, within two weeks working document of the Council, taking as a basis the existing base.

Were also approved proposals of Rashid Abashev - Chairman of the Board and member of the Board Sabirhan Muharlyamov about the meetings of the Council, in consultation with the authorities of municipalities, to ensure the efficiency of state property management and quality of public services.

At the suggestion of members of the Board, members of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Safin and Farida Galeeva, the meeting addressed the issue of efficiency in the implementation of socially-oriented investment projects with state participation, in particular, the activity of JSC "Agriculture Park" Kazan ".

Representatives of the Ministry, during a lively discussion explained the order of formation of controls and control in organizations with state participation, including implementing investment projects, as well as support for the proposal to increase the transparency, holding, if necessary, a detailed audit of financial and economic activity of such organizations.

After the formation of a list of indicators and information required members of the Public Council, appropriate requests will be sent to the state-owned companies included in the investment memorandum of the Republic of Tatarstan, subject to the rules of the Federal Law №212-FZ "On the basis of social control in the Russian Federation", for analysis and discussion at the next meeting of the Public Council.

 In conclusion, speech of Secretary of the Board, the executive director of “Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan” Oleg Bulgakov about the organization of cooperation with scientific and educational institutions on core activities of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was heard.
