The auction results on leasing of land plots of 29,5 hectares for construction of housing are summed up

       On 10th of March, 2015 summing up of results of auction on leasing of land plots of 29,5 hectares on Orenburgsky tract street in Kazan took place. Powers on management and disposal of this land plot for the purpose of complex development  were transferred to the Republic of Tatarstan for housing construction by the decision of Government  Commission for Housing development and an efficiency evaluation of use of land plots which are in federal property under the leadership of I. I. Shuvalov.

       Under the terms of the lease contract which signing is planned soon, till 2022 it is planned to build more than 130000 sq.m of housing in the land plot including at least 50% of housing of economy class.
