Questions of the land and property in municipalities are considered in the Buinsky municipal district

     On April 27 in the Buinsky municipal district took place the zone training seminar meeting for heads of settlements . 

      Part in a seminar was taken by the Chairman of the Board of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan – Shakirov Minsagit Zakirovich. Also took part representatives of ApastovskyKamsko-UstyinskyDrozhzhanovskyKaybitskyTetyushsky and Buinsky municipal districts. 

       Topical questions of local government are considered. Garipov R. U. made the report about changes in the legislation in the sphere of regulation of powers and responsibility of local governments. Egorov S.V. made the report on public prosecutor's supervision of activity of local governments. Trushchin M. V. made the report on providing primary measures of fire safety in settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan. Apayev D. A.  made the report on topical questions of a collecting of taxes in settlements. Nasyrov I.N. made the report on the federal and republican programs realized in territories of municipalities in 2015. Habipov R. R. made the report on increase of business activity of the population taking into account measures of the state support of agricultural branch. The deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev considered topical questions and tasks in the sphere of development of the land and property  in municipalities. 

Activity of local governments of districts is directed on stabilization of the public relations, increase of a standard of living of the population, development of the territory and improvement of a social and economic situation in municipality. 

      Image of local government is created on weekdays. Through local government  citizens realize the right to take part in the solution of questions of local value, to defend interests of the territorial society.
