As of 01.05.2015 according to information of chambers of the property and land of municipal districts in the Republic of Tatarstan there are 73 894 unclaimed land shares with a total area of 398,6 thousand hectares. Judgments in 39 municipal districts recognized the right of municipal property for the land plots with a total area of 209,6 thousand hectares.
According to information of chambers of the property and land of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the property right of municipalities to the land plots with a total area of 146,2 thousand hectares is registered.
