The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to assist the oil-extracting organizations in registration of the land plots

As of May 15, 2015 37 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transference of 225 land plots with a total area about 375 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for placement of objects of oil production are accepted on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2014 the total area of the land plots transferred according to the current legislation from category of agricultural purpose to lands of the industry and other special purpose was more than 750 hectares.
