Work on introduction of the project of increase of system effectiveness of management is begun in the ministry

Today, on 1st of June, 2015 at weekly meeting of the minister A. K. Hamayev with heads of structural divisions of the ministry the manager of projects of GMC Consulting Ilya Shubnikov made a speech with information on the "Introduction and Implementation of the Project of Increase of System Effectiveness of Management in Public Authorities and Local Government in the Republic of Tatarstan" project.
In particular, Ilya Shubnikov adduced the arguments in favor of expediency of fixing of estimates of quality of the draft documents prepared by experts for use for regulation of the size of awards to employees.
