Terms of the state registration are reduced

      According to changes in the legislation since 2015 the general deadline of the state registration of the rights and the cadastral accounting of real estate is reduced till 10 working days. Besides, the plan of measures provided gradual reduction till 2018 of terms of the state registration of the rights – till 7 days, registration on the state cadastral account – till 5 days.

      At the same time, Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan are registered more than 60% of addresses in much smaller terms. According to the deals of purchase and sale submitted by notaries to a mortgage and in case of acquisition of housing with use of a maternity capital and in some other cases the term of the state registration makes no more than 5 days.
