Changes in the Federal law "About estimated activity in the Russian Federation" are being prepared

       On 3rd of June, 2015 in the Federation Council the draft of the Federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About estimated activity in the Russian Federation"  No. 135-FZ is approved.

      The federal law is aimed on improvement of procedure of carrying out by the self-regulating organizations of examination of reports on an assessment, and also on increase of information openness in this sphere.

      The existing Federal law from 29th of July,1998 No. 135-FZ "About estimated activity in the Russian Federation" provides 2 types of examination of reports on an assessment:

- on compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on estimated activity (standard and methodical);

- on confirmation of a project cost of an assessment.

      The new law offers to establish 1 type of examination of reports on an assessment which will include verification of the report on an assessment on compliance to the established requirements, and on confirmation of cost.  The cost determined in the report on an assessment is result of an assessment.

      Features of carrying out examination of the report on determination of a separate type of cost (in particular, cadastral cost), including regarding confirmation of a project cost of an assessment, an order of carrying out examination of the report, requirement to the expert opinion and order of his approval will be established by the federal standard of an assessment.
