Execution of financial obligations of orphan children to housing-and-municipal services

       On 16th of June, 2015 the meeting of the working group on preparation of suggestions for improvement of the legislation in the sphere of execution of financial obligations of orphan children and children without parental support, with housing-and-municipal services in the videoconference mode took place. 

        During the meeting questions on implementation of recommendations of the working group on preparation of suggestions for improvement of the legislation in the sphere of execution of financial obligations of orphan children and children without parental support to housing-and-municipal services were discussed.

       Positive dynamics on reduction of debt of orphan children and children without parental support to housing-and-municipal services in general on the republic is also noted.

        Recommendations about the organization of system work on the matter were made to heads of Executive committees of municipalities.
