Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on June 30, 2015 № 476 "On approval of the accounting statements of the landlord to provide the citizens of residential premises under contracts of employment premises of the housing stock for social use"

Standards of the Article 91.14 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation found that the landlord Treatment of applications of citizens established by the public authorities of the Russian Federation if the landlord are the bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation empowered by these authorities or organizations referred to in paragraph 2 part1 article 91.2 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation and by such bodies.

       Standards Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 16.03.2015 № 13-ZRT "On realization of the rights of citizens to provide them with premises under contracts of employment premises of the housing stock for social use" the authority to determine the accounting treatment of the landlord of citizens' applications for premises under a contract of employment dwelling Improvement of social housing reserved for use by the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The order, approved by the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, is effective for social use of hired buildings, located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Procedure establishes procedures for consulting citizens and their reception when submitting applications for premises under contracts of employment premises of the housing stock for social use, a list of documents submitted by citizens of both statements, the grounds for refusal of the application.
