Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev attended a meeting of the expert group

The meeting of the expert group to discuss the results and effectiveness of law enforcement in the course of cadastral valuation of land in the city of Kazan, in accordance with the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 25.11.2013 № 927 took place in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan 30.07.2015. The meeting was attended by representatives member organizations of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Gripas, Vladimir Mokrushin Evgeny Evseev Nikolay Spiridonov, executive director of NP Oleg Bulgakov.

       During a lively discussion, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, discussed the impact of changes in tax legislation on the business environment, including both small and medium businesses and large industrial enterprises, the ability to considering the opinion of the expert community in developing and implementing relevant legal acts.

        Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev told about the peculiarities of mass appraisal, stressed its compliance with the federal legislation, and highlighted the features of differentiated taxation as a major factor increases or decreases the tax burden on businesses.

       Speaking with a whole range of initiatives and issues, a member of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Public Council under the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farida Galeeva asked the assessors to a proposal on cooperation, which resulted in business contacts and achieved relevant agreements.
