Order taking for participation in auction on implementation of the equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" proceeds

       State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" proceeds order taking for participation in auction on implementation of the equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The initial price of implementation of the 100 percent equity stake of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" makes 19 297 000 rubles.

       In property of JSC "Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise" which shares will be realized through auction, there are following real estate objects located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk, Sportivnaya St., 2:

- the land plot – 10446 sq.m., cadastral number 16:53:040601:651;

- administrative building , brick, two-storeyed with the total area of 824,8 sq.m.;

- the warm parking – 2 777,9 sq.m.;

- the building of the dining room – 125,8 sq.m.;

- the round warehouse  – 250,1 sq.m.

       Auction will take place on 17th of September, 2015 at 10.00 to the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom).
