Liability of cadastral engineers is toughened, up to the criminal

    Corresponding changes are made to the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and to the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences. So, for entering of obviously false data into the boundary plan, the technical plan, the act of inspection, the project of a land surveying of the land plots or into the map (plan) of the territory, and also for forgery of documents on the basis of which the above documents were prepared, the following types of punishments are provided:

      in case these acts don't contain penal act, on the cadastral engineer the penalty in the amount of 30 to 50 thousand rubles is imposed, or it is subject to disqualification for a period of up to 3 years;

      in case these acts caused large damage to citizens, the organizations or the state, the cadastral engineer is punished by a penalty at the rate from 100 thousand to 300 thousand rubles;

      when causing especially large damage – the penalty will make from 200 thousand to 500 thousand rubles. Or the cadastral engineer loses the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in a certain activity for a period of up to 3 years.
