Realization of functions of authorized body in cases of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy

      According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 21st of November,2005 No. 543 "About authorized body of the Republic of Tatarstan in cases of bankruptcy and in bankruptcy procedures" and the provision on an order of realization of functions of authorized body in cases of bankruptcy and in the procedures applied in the case of bankruptcy the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is continuing work on inclusion of organizations having a debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, being in procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy)in the register of requirements of creditors of the.

      Also within the Federal law of 26th of October,2002 No. 127-FZ "About insolvency (bankruptcy)" the Ministry of land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan by inquiries of arbitration managers is carrying out the analysis of existence (absence) of the state property behind the organizations and the enterprises, being in procedure of insolvency (bankruptcy).
