Work on providing land plots to large families is continued in the Republic of Tatarstan

In the Republic of Tatarstan:

- large families – 36 884,

- it is included in lists – 32 085,

- it is provided plots – 23 676 plots.

Free provision of land to large families in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out in accordance with st.32.1 Land code of the Republic of Tatarstan (h.a. - LC RT).

        Although the program of land provision to large families is implemented from 2012, in Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to receive questions about the free provision of land for large families, for example.

1. In which case, citizens who have three or more children, are not included in the lists for a land plot?

Applications may be submitted in writing or in an electronic document using information and telecommunications networks directly to the authorized body of local government or through a multifunctional center.

If the applicant has not submitted the documents specified in the Law of the RT or documents submitted by the applicant do not support the applicant's right to free land in accordance with this Law, the authorized local authority decides to refuse to include in the list.

2. Which documents are delivered with the application?

To make a decision on inclusion in the lists of citizens having the right to obtain land for individual housing construction, cottage building, ancillary services (household plot), gardening or horticulture, the applicant no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the application must provide the following documents :

1) the applicant's passport;

2) The passport of the other parent (if the parents are married or not married but living together);

3) children's birth certificates, passports and children who have reached the age of fourteen;

4) the court decision on adoption of the child (except in cases when the child's birth certificate recorded as adoptive parents);

5) an act of guardianship authority to appoint a guardian or trustee (in the case of appointment of guardianship or custody);

6) agreement on the implementation of guardianship or trusteeship (in case of guardianship or trusteeship of the contract);

7) marriage certificate (if the parents are married).

This order established by the legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan and required to comply with the entire territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
