About verifications of the state property

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out the verification of use of the state property which is located to Menzelinsk.

By results of verification of two institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and one institution subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan it is revealed:

- 10 real estate objects with a total area of 758,8 sq.m and part of the land plot of 5000 sq.m on Severnaya St. 2 A of Menzelinsk aren't used by institutions;

- 3 real estate objects with a total area of 811,1 sq.m aren't entered in the Register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- the room with a total area of 182,4 sq.m is transferred to use without the permission of the owner.
