About the enactment of new Federal standards of assessment

On 18th of September, 2015 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation was signed the order №. 467 "About recognition become invalid for some acts of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation" (It is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 16th of September,2015 No. 38894). This document cancels the action of the FSA No. 1-3 of 2007.

       Thus, since 29th of September, 2015 the following new federal standards of an assessment will take effect:

FSA No. 1 "General concepts of an assessment, approaches and requirements to carrying out an assessment"

FSA No. 2 "Purpose of an assessment and types of cost";

FSA No. 3 "Requirement to the report on an assessment"

FSA No. 8 "Business assessment";

FSA No. 9 "An assessment for pledge";

FSA No. 10 "Estimation of cost of cars and equipment";

FSA No. 11 "Assessment of intangible assets and intellectual property".
