    The work of the jury, along with representatives of the organizer - SUE “National trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan “, relevant agencies, banks, insurance companies, national artist of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation Venera Ganeeva, head of the Association of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers Zufar Gayazov, chairman of the World Association of Tatar businessmen Farit Urazaev , attends the executive director of the nonprofit partnership "Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan " Oleg Bulgakov.

   The competence and the objectivity of the jury reflected a common vision on the main items identified during a tasting consumer preferences of guests and participants of the festival.

    "The festival has shown significant potential of import substitution, the prospects of joint work of the Union of Appraisers and SUE “National trademark of the Republic of Tatarstan “ on the creation and commercialization of the single brand for high-quality, competitive, safe and affordable domestic food production, evaluation and further development of promising business projects of russian producers. Joint activities planned in the direction of production optimization, evaluation and risk reduction in the field of industrial cooperation, where the main areas of production and processing of products (meat and dairy products, vegetables, etc.), production cooperatives are already organized. There is carried out as a functional management of production, logistics processes, procurement and further processing to the final product in demand with its implementation. Together with Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan there is a prospect of entering unused production capacity, optimization programs of land management and real estate into economic turnover"- said Oleg Bulgakov.
