Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work for monitoring key deals on management of municipal property and land plots in accordance with agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

According to information provided by specialists of the accounting, monitoring and information exchange management from January to September of 2015 the Ministry considered 1104 applications from 44 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to 2232 transactions, 897 of them are agreed. As 1335 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.
