Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is continuing to implement and to lease land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan. Republican budget in the current year from the rent received 43.9 million rubles. Budget revenues from the sale of land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan amounted to 82.3 million Rubles.
Ministry regularly works on the identification of the debt under lease contracts. Active work with debtors is continues. For the most part, disputes with debtors settled pre-trial complaint procedure.
