About Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About privatizations of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan» and some legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan"

Federal law of 29th of June,2015 № 180-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On privatization of state and municipal property "corrected order of information support of privatization of state and municipal property, introduced the procedure of providing accounting (financial) statements by State unitary enterprises, JSC and LLC.

       In this regard, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 7th of October,2015 № 70-ZRT "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" About privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan” and some legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan "Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On privatization of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan "aligned with the federal legislation.

Provisions on the publication of information about the privatization of state property in the media are excluded from the republican law. Now the information will be posted on the official websites of the network "Internet". The determination of such site is assigned to the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan.

  Unitary enterprises, JSC and LLC included in the forecast plan (program) of privatization of state property, are required to submit annual accounting (financial) statements. Reports submitted to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan within the period prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on accounting. It also provides intermediate accounting (financial) statements for the quarter, six months, nine months - not later than within 30 days of the end of the reporting period.

The information contained in the financial statements, to be placed on the official website.

         Announcement of the sale of state property, on the outcome of its sale is also available on the website of the State Property seller.

        The decision on privatization shall be posted on the website for 10 days from the date of adoption.

        In addition, the used terminology is aligned with changes in civil law.

       The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of 7th of October,2015 № 70-ZRT entered into force on 8th of October, 2015.
