Information about the formalization of unclaimed land shares of agricultural purpose

As of 01.10.2015 according to the information of Chambers of property and land relations of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, there are 73,302 unclaimed land share of the total area of 395.3 hectares. Judicial decisions in 39 municipalities recognized the right of municipal ownership of land with total area of 225.2 hectares (for the 2nd quarter 2015 - 217.5 thousand hectares).
According to the chambers of Property and Land Relations of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan ownership of municipalities on land with total area of 163.2 hectares (for the 2nd quarter 2015 - 160.4 thousand hectares) was registered.
