Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues to work in accordance with agreements with the municipalities of Tatarstan for the monitoring of key transactions for the management of municipal property and land

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded the agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land.

According to information of specialists of accounting, monitoring and information exchange management, in January-October 2015 the Ministry considered 1243 applications from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2481 transactions, 975 of them agreed to the deal. 1506 transactions are notes, documents were sent back for revision.
