Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists small and medium-sized enterprises in the formalization of land plots

As of November 10, 2015, were adopted 108 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan (projects were prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan) on the transfer of more than 470 land plots with total area of about 810 hectares from the category of agricultural land into category of industrial land and other special purposes (for the purpose of mining). Including for oil producing companies - about 390 land plots with total area of 600 hectares, and for placing the pits - 14 land plots with total area of 104 hectares, as well as for objects of communication, road service and other industrial facilities.

       Please note that pursuant to paragraph 4 of Article 9 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation the decision of state authorities, local self-government to transfer land from one category to another in order to accommodate the facilities of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local importance is not permitted, if the placement of facilities os not provided by the documents of territorial planning of the Russian Federation, territorial planning documents of the Russian Federation, territorial planning documents of municipalities, as well as the transfer of land from one category to another for purposes not related to the placement of objects of federal significance, objects of regional significance, objects of local significance municipal districts, in the absence of a master plan of the urban district or village.
