On the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan works on the definition of the cadastral value of land as part of land settlements located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan (except for the land of the village of Kazan) was carried out. Order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan from 25.11.2015 № 2846-p approved a new cadastral value. The previous round of evaluation works on this category of land (except land of settlements of Kazan) was held 5 years ago, in 2010.
