The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan renders assistance to subjects of business in registration of the land plots

       As of 01st of  December, 2015 on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan   are accepted 112 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the translation more than 490 land plots with a total area about 850 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business, for placement of quarries, communication objects, road service, oil production and other industrial facilities,. 84 land plots with a total area about 290 hectares transferred to category of industrial lands and other special purposes.
