All-Russian day of reception of citizens is held on 14-th of December, 2015 from 12.00 to 20.00

In accordance with the order of the President of the Russian Federation a common day of reception of citizens is held on December 14, 2015 from 12.00 to 20.00 hours in bodies of state and local authorities.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan reception is held at the following address: Vishnevskiy str., 26.

The competence of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is the following issues:

transfer of agricultural land except land under federal ownership to other land uses (the powers of state bodies and local authorities in the field of land relations)

seizure of land for public use of the Russian Federation (the powers of state bodies and local authorities in the field of land relations)

reservation of lands (the powers of state bodies and local authorities in the field of land relations)

transaction (except for the private international law):

              - Leases;

              - The allocation of land for the construction, farming, horticulture;

              - The privatization of land;

              - Inappropriate use of agricultural land;

              - Permanent (unlimited) use of land plots;

              - Gratuitous use of land plots;

             - Privatization of state and municipal property;

             - The provision of office premises accommodation for civil servants of subjects of the Russian Federation.

      Admission is carried out without an appointment.
