10.12.2015 employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the seminar organized by the Investment Promotion Agency of Republic of Tatarstan on the theme: "Regional aspects of the application of federal laws on public-private partnership № 224-FZ of 07.13.2015 and concession agreements № 115-FZ of 21.07.2005",
The workshop reviewed the main features of the federal law on public-private partnership № 224-FZ, the comparative analysis of federal laws "On concessions" and "On public-private partnership", examples of successful public-private partnership and concession agreements, analysis of court practice were given.
