Questions on the transfer of engineering networks of sports facilities of the Universiade 2013 were discussed

The meeting on the transfer of engineering networks of sports facilities 2013 Universiade (outdoor lighting, storm drainage network, water supply network, wastewater) operating organizations held in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       During the meeting the ministry was made following proposals to solve the above problem:

- The transfer of the federally owned engineering networks of sports facilities of the Universiade 2013, for free use, for future transfer of federal property;

- The transfer of municipally owned engineering networks of sports facilities of the Universiade - 2013, to the ownership of the municipality of Kazan.

- The transfer of engineering networks of sports facilities of the Universiade 2013, owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, to free use.

       During the meeting, participants were form an opinion about the definition of the operating organization and the transfer of utilities for free use.
