Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work for monitoring key deals on management of municipal property and land plots in accordance with agreements with municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan

      In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

      According to information provided by specialists of the accounting, monitoring and information exchange management for the January of 2016 the Ministry considered 119 applications from the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on 240 transactions, 64 of them are agreed. As 176 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.
