Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan continues work for monitoring key deals on management of municipal property and land plots

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.
The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.
For two months of 2016 the Ministry considered 293 applications to 529 transactions, 165 of them are agreed. As 364 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.
