The Working Group held a meeting

24.03.2016 a meeting of the working group for preparation of proposals on improvement of legislation in the sphere of enforcement of financial liabilities of orphans and children left without parental care, to housing and communal services. The Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the association of women deputies "Mәrhәmәt - Mercy" Tatiana Larionova chaired a meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting Tatiana Larionova said that this issue is under the constant supervision of the association of women deputies "Mәrhәmәt - Mercy", one of the priorities of which is a legislative provision of child protection, motherhood and family.

Analyzing the situation in this area, the working group noted that the republic attaches great importance to the solution of social problems of orphans and children left without parental care. However, according to the deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the cities and municipalities the question of regulation of the relationship between this category of children and housing and communal services, associated primarily with debt to pay for utilities are extremely acute. Subjecting sharply criticized representatives of the executive committees of municipalities and republican ministries and departments of the slowness and lack of consistency in the actions, Tatiana Larionova required them to take immediate measures to remedy the situation. "The first meeting of the working group was held three months ago - said the head of the association of women deputies" Mәrhәmәt - Mercy ". - But for this, the problem hardly budge. It's time to stop watching and drawing a nice report! We must move from words to deeds! "

The discussion was attended by Secretary of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Mavrina, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya, deputy of the State Council Tatyana Voropaeva, members of the working group and representatives of the republican ministries and departments.
