Meeting of the Committee on Education and Professional Training of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan

At a meeting of the Committee on Education and Training of non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" were discussed issues of cooperation between the appraisal organizations and universities, as well as the draft documents of the Council of appraisal activity under the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia with the participation of representatives from the Partnership in the working bodies of the Council - Tanzila Udod, Andrey Lisichkin and Dmitry Zahmatov.

Also the meeting was moderated by the representative of the Kazan University Innovation - member of the Partnership - Nelia Muhamethanova.

The meeting discussed the requirements for professional development of appraisers, change the educational programs, proposals to introduce uniform qualification examination to obtain the status of the appraiser and training institute. Also touched on improving the professional training program "Appraising of Enterprise cost (Business)".

In a lively discussion of the Committee took part the members, heads of appraising organizations - members of the Partnership Tanzilya Udod, Lyalya Idiyatullina, Head of the ACM and the apprainal department of the Kazan Federal University Azat Safiullin, his deputy Milyausha Ziganshina, Alina Mavlyutova (Kazan State Architectural University), Elmira Muginova (TISBI management University).

To address the issue decided to carry out monitoring of appraising organizations to submit proposals in the working bodies of the Council on the appraisal activity.

With the heads of representative offices of SRO of appraisers also discussed the questions about conducting of master classes, visiting sessions, the practice of students and joint events.
