The problems of reducing the debt to the budgets of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan for the property for rent and land were discussed.

26.05.2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev held a meeting on the reduction of the debt to the budgets of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the rent for the property and land. Considering of this issue attended by five municipalities of the republic with the largest amount of debt. Together with a representative of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan reviewed the measures taken by the Chambers and the Offices of Land and Property for specific tenants debtors.

The meeting also identified the causes that contribute to the preservation and growth of arrears of rent, also considered measures that would improve efficiency of municipalities to reduce it.
