Dear cadastral engineers and persons applying for a qualification certificate of cadastral engineer!

In connection with the entry into force certain provisions of the Federal Law of 30.12.2015 №452-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On State Real Estate Cadastre" and Article 76 of the Federal Law" On Education in the Russian Federation" on 01.07.2016, in terms of improvement of the activity cadastral engineers, note the following.

According to paragraph 1 of Article 29 of the Federal Law dated 24.07.2007 №221-FZ "On State Real Estate Cadastre" (Law № 452-FZ) cadastral engineer shall be a physical person who is a member of the self-regulatory organization of cadastral engineers. At the same time up to 01.12.2016 cadastral activities along with cadastral engineers will be entitled to carry persons who are acting qualification certificates of cadastral engineer on 01.07.2016.

Thus, from 01.07.2016 the provisions of Articles 29, 30 and Part 3 of Article 31 of the Federal Law dated 24.07.2007 №221-FZ "On State Real Estate Cadastre" in the activities of the qualifying commissions for certification of compliance with the qualification requirements for cadastral engineers in the subjects of the Russian Federation, including the organization and conduction of certification for compliance with the qualification requirements for cadastral engineers, issuance and revocation of certificates of competence, as well as the maintenance of the state register of cadastral engineers, is voided.

In view of the above, the qualification commission for certification of cadastral engineers will carry out reception of documents up to 07.06.2016.
