Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev took part in the presentation of the project of construction of the residential complex "Swallowtail Valley"

Today the architectural project of the construction of residential complex "Swallowtail Valley" was presented to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

The presentation was held in the meetings hall of the House of Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The company that represent the project has a successful experience in construction of buildings. Three major projects are being implemented currently in the the territory of republic and one project - in the suburbs.

"Swallowtail Valley" is a large-scale project of modern buildings in the territory of Laishevskiy municipal district (Maliye Kabany village). Total area of land plot - 180 hectares belongs to the management company "Ak Bars Capital".

This project used a new approach to planning development, the company said, it is expected to integrate European design experience. Experts of architecture and urbanism were involved to the project, 23 architectural firms was attended in a closed tender. 11 of the strongest teams arrived in Kazan to present their portfolios. Levs Architecten Bureau (Netherlands) proposed the most interesting concept of development.

The presentation was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" Main investment and construction management of the Republic of Tatarstan, State housing fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, Management company "Ak Bars Capital" and others.
