Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 25.05.2016 № 353 "On approval of the formation, maintenance and mandatory publication of the list of property located in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is free from rights of third parties (except for the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses) and is intended to provide to small and medium businesses and organizations, which are forming the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized businesses "

The order, approved by this resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan determines the formation, maintenance and mandatory publication of the list of property located in the Republic of Tatarstan, which is free from rights of third parties (except for the property rights of small and medium-sized businesses) and is intended to provide to small and medium businesses and organizations, which are forming the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized businesses, in order to provide them a material support.

Property included in the list can be used only for the purposes of its provision to small and medium business and organizations which are forming the infrastructure of support of small and medium-sized businesses, in possession and (or) use, including rent, and may be disposed of on a commercial basis the ownership of small and medium-sized businesses.
