An auction for the right to sign the agreement of lease of state property is carried out

02.07.2016 SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held another auction for the right to sign the agreement of lease of state property: the room number 1000 with a total area of 88.1 square meters, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Dementieva st., 29a.
3 participants were allowed to participate in the auction, two of which were not in the auction. According to decision of commission the auction was declared invalid.
Lease agreement concluded with the only participant at the initial price, which amounted to 45 995 rubles.
