Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Republic assists businesses in obtaining land plots.

At the end of 6 months of 2016 66 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of 200 agricultural land plots with total area of 570 hectares to the category suitable for further construction were adopted

      More than 60% of the total land area, which category is changed, intended for oil extraction and production of common mineral resources on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Changing the category of land is also carried out for the accommodation of:

      objects of construction industry, logistics;

      object of air transport;

      communications and energy facilities;

      gas stations and other facilities of road service.
