SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" held an auction for the right to sign the contract of lease of state property

On 04.08.2016 was planned an open auction for the right to sign the contract of lease of state property - Lot №1: non-residential premises № 1000 (set of premises № 1a, 7, 7a, 21-25), 1001 (room number 8), 1002 (a set of premises № 9, 10, 12-16, 16a, 17, 17a, 18-20) in the 3 floor of the building, Lit A, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, city of Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizametdinova str., d.20, for office accommodation.

Kazan branch of FSUE "Bezopasnost" was recognized as the only participant of the auction and allowed to participate in the auction.

Commission recognizes the auction on lot № 1 failed, and made a decision about conclusion of a lease agreement with only participant on the initial price, which amounts to 141 540 rubles monthly rental.
