Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 366-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On privatization of state and municipal property"

On August 4, 2016 shall come into force on the Federal Law dated 03.07.2016 № 366-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On privatization of state and municipal property"(hereinafter - Federal law).

Federal law makes more accurate in terms of:

- Placing information on the accounting (financial) statements of unitary enterprises, joint stock companies and limited liability companies, included in the forecast plan (program) of privatization of federal property, planning acts of privatization of property owned by the Russian Federation, municipalities, submitted to the authorized federal executive authority, public authorities of the Russian Federation, local government, on the sites in the network "Internet" as defined by the authorized government of the Russian Federation, federal executive authority, the supreme executive body of state authority of the Russian Federation, local authorities for posting information about the privatization (further - sites in the network "Internet");

- The concept of "official website in a network "Internet" for placing information on the privatization of state and municipal property" - the official website in the "Internet" for placing information on the privatization of state and municipal property, is the official site of the Russian Federation in the network "Internet" to accommodate information on the auction, defined by the Government of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the official site in the "Internet"). Information on the privatization of state and municipal property, in addition place on the website in the "Internet";

- In terms of placing the information message on the sale of state or municipal property by public offering (Announcement of the sale by public offer is placed in accordance with Article 15 of the Federal Law dated 21.12.2001 № 178-FZ (hereinafter - the Federal Law № 178-FZ) in order not later than three months after recognition of the auction failed).

Thus, a single official website in a network "Internet" to place the information message on the auction site is http://torgi.gov.ru/, at the same time, for additional placement of informational message may be official website of the subject of Russian Federation, including the official website of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan http://mzio.tatarstan.ru/.
